#56 Make 5 Vegetarian Meals

Once again, the link to my food blog has the recipe.

I found this recipe in Kraft's magazine that I get. At first I thought it just looked good for a cold night. When I realized that it didn't include meat, I was stoked to have found another vegetarian recipe! Just had to substitute vegetarian vegetable broth for the chicken broth, and I was in business.

This was a hearty vegetable soup. It's so easy to make and really tastes good. I plan to make this again!

This sounds delish!! I'm a vegetarian so I'm always looking for new things to make. This one will come in handy once the weather changes! Thanks!!

The List!!

The Mission: Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.
